The Sunshine Coast Regional District (Regional District) currently operates a records management
program that encompasses all record keeping formats within the corporation. Recent efforts have been
focussed on the control of electronic formats, including documents and electronic mail, in a shared drive
environment. To continue with the management of electronic information, the Regional District is seeking
proposals for an EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System) which will provide the
secure management of its paper and electronic records and documents
