Electronic Death Certificate/Birth-Related Data RFP
The objective of this procurement is to contract with a vendor to provide a proven, web-based vital event management system with necessary customization, implementation and training services, along with maintenance and support. The system will allow the Illinois Department of Public Health's Division of Vital Records to more efficiently manage the collection and disbursement of Illinois vital event records, including births, deaths and fetal deaths.
