The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain pricing for and select a Vendor to provide an integrated Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) system for the
Client. This will be a Definite Quantity Contract: a close-ended contract between the awarded Vendor and the State to furnish a pre-determined quantity of a good or service during a specified period of time.
