Electronic Content Management System
The COUNTY is seeking a contractor to provide and implement an electronic content management system (hereinafter referred to as “ECMS”). The system must include both imaging capability and an indexing program.
This project will implement an Electronic Content Management System (ECMS) within one County
Division for the management of mission critical, paper intensive business processes. Following a
successful pilot launch the system will be rolled out County-wide in phases. The scope of this project
will include administrative records created electronically (including email), digital imaging of
administrative records, web records, and digital imaging of select documents for research purposes.
