Electronic Content Management Project
An appropriated indexed and stored electronic image of a paper file will allow the university to centralize documents in a single secure repository where access can be given to appropriate personnel throughout the campus. It is intended to encompass all the problem areas related to the use and preservation of information within the University, in all of its forms. Basically, a more centralized, secure and controlled methodology of storage and archiving of the University‟s paper and electronic business documents.
