DCSS is seeking a fully managed, cost effective on-line transaction processing service with guaranteed levels of service, quality, and security to support the departments collections efforts. The vendor shall provide payment processing services in (3) methods to include WEB based processing, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) processing
(phone), and multiple vendor partnership of business to accept cash payments. The vendor shall also provide transaction activity via the WEB for reporting purposes. To aid in the implementation of these new payment capabilities the vendor shall provide color brochures indicating the services provided.
Web-based processing of credit/debit cards and electronic check payments (either one-time or automatic recurring basis) will be provided by the vendor at their WEB site.
IVR-based processing of credit/debit cards and electronic check payments (either one-time or automatic recurring basis) will be provided by the vendor using their IVR system.
Cash payments at vendor business partner locations, such as super markets, convenient stores, or postal centers stores will be provided.
Web-based management reports that allow the department to monitor payment and billing statement activities.
