Electronic Benefit Transfer Services
The State seeks to procure Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) services from a single qualified vendor in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to provide Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and TANF-State Program (TANF-SP) benefits to eligible Texas clients.
