The Service Authority is seeking to acquire document workflow software that can be used across a variety of administrative processes within the operations of a water and wastewater utility. In addition, this solicitation will also require for the implementation of such software solution in multiple phases, with such work being performed on a task order basis for each phase or multiple phases as a single engagement (the Work). The Service Authority may, but is not required to, enter into an agreement for any of the Work, or portion thereof. The Service Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use the services of another Contractor to complete any of the Work included in this RFP.
