Title: One Electroglass Model 2001X Full Auto Prober
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number is
HQ0727-14-Q-L010. This specific prober model is no longer manufactured but there is a significant industry market for refurbished units The Government intends to award a lowest price technically acceptable brand name Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business with a NAICS Code of 334515 and a size standard of 500 employees.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
(i) Technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement;
(ii) Past performance; Contractor shall submit with quote 3 customers that they have provided like equipment and service and submit POC name, phone number, and email and Company Name, Address & Phone number for each customer.
(iii) Price
Technical and other non-price factors, when combined, are not significantly different than price.
The objective of this requirement is to purchase a Electroglass Model 2001X Full Auto Prober,
Contract Line Item (CLIN) 0001, 1 EA, Electroglass Model 2001X Full Auto Prober Electroglas 2001x with auto-loader on P-201 table. Minimum Requirements:
1)Auto alignment for AUTO/MANUAL operation shall use a Cognex Auto Align or superior technology 2) Includes chuck to handle 4, 5, and 6 inch semiconductor wafers
3) Wafer prober platen shall support Keithley Probe Card Adapter Model 9139A-PCA
4) Wafer prober shall employ an Edge Sensor technology (2 probe pin contact) that is fully compatible with DMEA's current edge sensor on a current Keithley S400/EG2001X parametric tester.5) The wafer prober shall utilize a microscope, CCD camera, LCD monitor, and illuminator providing adequate magnification for 90 nanometer wafer manual alignment. 6) The wafer prober shall also include CD and loading capability of operational firmware;
CLIN 0002 (Option), 1 Lot, Maintenance/Service (12 months). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74.
