Electrical Power Distribution System, YS77, Camp Asaka, Japan
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for electrical power distribution system(s) at YS-20-77, Camp Asaka, Tokyo, Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, attached drawings, and commercial and local standards and practices.
Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings.
Note 4: Site visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM on 12 Sep 19. All offerors shall be at gate at Camp Asaka on 09:45 AM. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at 16:00 on 10 Sep 19.
Note 5: The contractor shall accept responsibility to send/receive emails. When the contractor email or fax any documents to the Contract Specialist, the contractor shall confirm whether the Contract Specialist received.
