Electric Transmission Revenue Requirements Audit Consultant
The Commission is seeking proposals for a consultant to assist its audit of the transmission revenue requirements. The consultant will audit, review and analyze the data and formulae that support the transmission revenue requirements and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) formula rates of the entities noted above in order to assist the Commission in determining whether the transmission rates paid by Maine consumers are appropriate under the relevant standards and federal regulations.
