The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to execute enabling agreements under the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) Master Power Purchase & Sale Agreement with multiple qualified electric wholesale counterparties. The Electric Master Agreements will be used to serve the City's Utilities' electric supply needs.
