This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State for highly qualified business analysts, application developers,
system and database administrators to assist with the completion of Phase IV of the Elections Registration
and Information Network (hereinafter referred to as ERIN) and other assigned .NET development
projects. Contractor will be assigned projects or tasks up to a maximum amount of $2.5 million annually
depending upon availability of funding.
