SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, El Paso VA Health Care System requires Audiology VNG Equipment.
This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, effective 10/26/2018. The solicitation number is 36C25719Q0075, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 334510, with a small business size standard of 1,250 Employees. Delivery is required within sixty (60) days ARO (After Receipt of Order).
The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13, and subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format as follows. Please refer to those pages for specifications and points of contact.
