The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Food and Nutrition Service (FNS)anticipates awarding a Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract or Multiple Award IDIQ contracts. Task orders awarded under this IDIQ contract shall be performance based and firm fixed price or time and material.
