Educator Information System (EIS)
The NH Department of Education (NHDOE) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting Vendors qualified to provide an Educator Information System (EIS) that meets the requirements as defined in the RFP and supporting documentation. The NHDOE seeks an Educator Information System that will replace our current application used to manage the credentialing of educators. Rather than simply recreating existing processes, this project must improve the processes.
The NHDOE will consider either an existing licensed system or a Vendor provided system -- with Vendor services for configuration, modification and installation of the system. Services from the Vendor may include, but not be limited to, database design, prototyping, development, testing, implementation, documentation, user and technical support, user and technical training, maintenance, and business process analysis and redesign.
