Educational and Program Management Services

The selected Proposer will conduct educational programs for a fee paid by the County in combination with a fundraising offset provided by the Proposer. Fundraising will offset operations costs as well as provide for program expansion. It is the desire of the County that educational programs at the Center shall be self supporting in terms of operating budget within 3 to 5 years of opening.
