Educational Outreach/Continuing Education Courses
The Educational Outreach/Continuing Education Program is an integral part of the education, research and service mission of the University. The student populations served by the Program consists of: adult, senior and part-time students; military personnel; government employees; and learners who are unable to attend traditional campus-based credit courses and programs.
The University invites interested parties to submit Proposals for courses to be offered through the Educational Outreach/Continuing Education. Such courses will be non-credit courses that provide skill-based training and learning in a professional or business field/industry (i.e., healthcare, paralegal, human resources, computer technology, and so on) or personal development and community interest. Courses can be a single comprehensive/intensive program, part of a series of classes which lead to a certificate, or stand-alone courses that are not part of a certificate program. All courses should include assessment/performance tracking where students are evaluated throughout the course on the learning objectives/topics outlined/presented.
This solicitation is designed to request proposals from small training organizations, typically offering a single or few courses or programs.
