Educational Coordinator Services
This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity purchase agreement contract to provide County (County) with such quantities of Educational Coordinator Services. The initial term of the agreement will be for a one-year period and include four (4) one-year renewals that may be exercised upon the written agreement of the parties.
SUPPLIER: Provide initial training and materials in Too Good For Drugs curriculum to 4th and 5th grade teachers in County Schools. Train teachers and oversee implementation of 12 week tobacco program in County schools.
SUPPLIER: Provide instruction and materials for Project Alert curriculum to 7th and 8th grade teachers in the County. Oversee implementation on program in classes and monitor, collect and deliver evaluations. Train teachers and oversee implementation of 12 week tobacco program in County schools.
SUPPLIER: Conduct tobacco cessation classes lasting four (4) weeks, for one (1) day a week for a minimum of one (1) hour to community organizations, groups, or businesses in the County. Supplier will provide materials to conduct cessation workshops and will submit a class roster to County at the end of the four (4) week class session.
