Education Outreach Services
The City is seeking the assistance of a skilled community organization to conduct outreach,
education and referral support services under the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Program. The selected
entity must provide a linguistic and culturally sensitive approach to help reduce language barriers and help
to increase the enrollment of eligible families. The total budget shall not exceed $45,000 for the term of this
project. This is a "performance-based" project, which will require monthly reports, including client referral
and/or contact documentation for payment.
