Economic and Workforce Development Analysis Consultant
Conduct an analysis of the current and future public infrastructure investment activity in the nine Local Workforce Investment Areas (LWIAs) that are a part of the Central California Workforce Collaborative and participate in a regional leadership team to assist in designing and implementing a workforce development plan based on the findings of the analysis. This analysis is to include a review of the current public infrastructure related activity as well as associated educational, workforce development, and economic development activity.
