Economic Opportunities Analysis Update

The City seeks proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience in State-mandated Periodic Review, specifically an Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA), and proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: a review of the city’s most recent buildable lands inventory and an update of the EOA completed in 2009, including updates to the maps. The EOA provides analysis of the demand and supply of employment land to 2035 and can inform corresponding policy choices regarding job growth targets. The intent of the update is to have the most current information and data to assist the community to better implement local economic development objectives as well as to evaluate and develop supporting Comprehensive Plan policies.
