The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to quantify the economic benefits that can be expected from reducing nutrient inputs to Utahs aquatic ecosystems (lakes, reservoirs, streams and rivers). It is anticipated that
this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
