Economic Development Strategic Plan
The City is seeking qualified consulting firms to prepare a citywide Economic Development Strategic Plan (EDSP). The EDSP will provide a framework to increase the City’s tax base by enhancing the business climate and encouraging job retention and creation. The City’s ultimate goal is to sustain and expand its economic base in order to provide for a high quality of life for all residents.
