Economic Development RFQ

The Forum is seeking the submission of qualifications and proposed approaches from firms or teams interested in providing assessment and strategic guidance for the development of a coordinated strategic planning and implementation effort. This effort must make a dramatic impact on organizing assets and resources, as well as identifying voids and disconnects necessary for the region to reach its full potential. The successful respondent firm or team should be experienced and successful with similar projects involving economic development plans for areas with characteristics similar to ours. Examples should be provided and references made available.
Respondents are encouraged to address the unique market place in Northwest Indiana. Please keep in mind our lack of a regional city, large main university campus and headquartered large employer that many other regions have as driving forces.
RFQ deadline is September 13th. Vendor selection will be made on or before November 1, 2017 Expectations for completion of the project, if awarded will be no later than March 31, 2018.
