Economic Development Master Plan
The City invites experienced and qualified firms to provide professional services associated with the formation of an Economic Development Master Plan. It is the City’s intent that its staff will ultimately be responsible for the overall compilation and writing of the Master Plan. The selected firm will contribute specific deliverables and professional services. These will include analyzing and evaluating existing market conditions and opportunities in addition to serving as an outside resource to staff throughout the process.
