The New York City Department of Small Business Services ("SBS" or "Department" or "Agency") is seeking an appropriately qualified Economic Development Finance Consultant or similar organization ("Training Consultant") to provide technical assistance and skills training to SBS-designated participants 1 through economic development, business credit and real estate finance workshops (collectively, "Workshops"). It is anticipated that the participants would then use that technical assistance and skills training to provide related business services to New York City small businesses in order to translate opportunities into results for firms served.
