Economic Development Analysis and Plan
The Corporation is seeking creative and innovative proposals
from qualified and professional consultants to perform an industry cluster analysis in the County Statistical Area and its three core cities and to create an associated methodology for not less than three (3)
industry clusters for the same Micropolitan Area.
Working with a project steering team, the consultant will partner with the Corporation
and: (i) identify and measure the impact of select clusters (and their contributing
members) that offer the most substantial market growth opportunities for the
Micropolitan Area; (ii) attend meetings; and (iii) complete a final report that will be
submitted to the Board of Directors for approval.
