Economic Development & Business Retention
The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code, Chapter 321 and City Manager Administrative Regulation 23 for Professional Services, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors).
The City of Cincinnati is embarking upon its first City-wide Comprehensive Plan (hereinafter referred as the Plan) in nearly 30 years and is seeking a consultant or team of consultants to assist in developing the Economic Development and Business Retention element.
