Economic & Real Estate Analysis On-Call Services
The City is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in economic and real estate analysis to perform work on an as needed basis. Potential tasks in this effort and other BPS projects include analysis of industry and trade sector competitiveness, expansion of growth capacity in industrial districts and institutional campuses, economic and real estate development in business districts, reduction of poverty and economic disparities, and economic development tools and best practices.
