Econ. Development, Waterfront
The City of Merrill is looking for a consultant to develop a plan to identify the economic development potential of waterfront properties with the community, the integration of waterfront development with existing business districts, and the creation or improvement of public access to the waterfront. The City is seeking proposals that include a sample of similar type work, a list of community references, a breakdown of cost estimates including staff time, travel, materials, etc.
