Certiport is interested in securing an Ecommerce Solution that at a high level will support:
Domestic and foreign currencies.
Domestic and foreign tax processing.
Simple and effective inventory management.
Double-byte character sets.
Voucher and coupon processing.
Defined and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Functionally rich APIs.
Certiport is seeking to identify and select an outside independent organization to provide a solution for the concerns listed above. The remainder of this document provides additional information that will allow a Partner to understand the scope of the effort and develop a proposal in the format desired by Certiport.
