Ecological Assessment and Archaeological Survey
The County will use 2008 TE grant funding to construct approximately 1.5 miles of multi-use trail. The trail will include newly constructed, paved, off-road trail and on road facilities that will utilize existing paved roadway and sidewalks. The trail will bridge Creek in two locations, and will be within the floodplain boundaries of Creek and the River throughout much of its length. The project corridor, which will not exceed 55' in width, traverses undeveloped land, property owned by the U.S. Postal Service, a residential neighborhood, and a public park.
