Eastman Lake Pest Control
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued as part of Market Research
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transporta¬tion, and supervision to perform Pest Control Services at Buchanan Dam and H.V. Eastman Lake. Work is to be completed in accordance with the contract specifications.
Location - Buchanan Dam and H.V. Eastman Lake is located along the Chowchilla River, approximately 25 miles northeast of Chowchilla at 32175 Road 29, Raymond, CA 93653.
Performance Period - The Base Year of this contract shall be 17 December 2017 - 16 December 2018. The Government may elect to exercise 4 Option Years.
Option Year 1- 17 December 2018 - 16 December 2019
Option Year 2- 17 December 2019 - 16 December 2020
Option Year 3- 17 December 2020 - 16 December 2021.
Option Year 4- 17 December 2021 - 16 December 2022.
Options Years are exercised solely at the discretion of the Government.
