Easthampton Town Hall Reuse - Building and Infrastructure Assessment
The City of Easthampton wishes to receive proposals for consultant services to conduct an assessment on the Easthampton Town Hall to determine the necessary improvements for the reuse of the historic building, a reuse to complement and support the current use of the first floor. Background information on this project can be found in Attachment A. All terms and conditions governing state programs as well as the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development CDBG Program shall apply (Refer to the sample contract in Attachment F). This project is expected to run in coordination with a marketing assessment and action plan project on the same facility under a separate contract.
