East Prospect Road Landscaping Improvements
The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 7005 East Prospect
Road Landscaping Improvements. This work shall consist of the installation of
landscaping and irrigation improvements along East Prospect Road between the
Poudre River Bridge and Summit View Drive. Landscaping improvements include
but are not limited to soil preparation and non-selective herbicide
application grading work within the medians, seeding, hydro mulching, and
installation of seeding plugs within the medians, and installation of trees,
shrubs, and native ornamental grasses throughout the corridor. Irrigation
improvements include but are not limited to the installation of irrigation
mainline, laterals, and drip tubing. Erosion control will also be required as
part of this project, including the installation and maintenance of wattles
and providing inlet protection. Traffic control for the project will be
provided by the City of Fort Collins.
