East Bay BRT, Program Management/Construction Management
The District is seeking to engage a Consultant with expertise in program/construction management and program controls including management, budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, document preparation, administrative procedures, Right-of-Way acquisition, bus operations/testing, traffic signal priority (TSP) system integration and other management and administrative responsibilities as outlined in this RFQ's Scope of Work/Services as well as information that should be included in the proposal.
