The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) of the District of Columbia (District), is seeking the services of
one or more sub grantees to manage various aspects of the Early Intervention & Juvenile Mediation
Program. This will include: 1) Intake/Case Management; 2) juvenile offender mediation; 3) MPD training;
and 4) evaluation. The grant award includes the ability for the named sub grantee(s) to allocate funds to
third party organizations approved by the Metropolitan Police Departments Youth Investigation Division.
