The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals in order to identify a vendor or vendors to conduct an analysis of the current data systems that collect information on early childhood programs, practitioners, and participants. Based on that analysis, a Vendor will prepare documents and initial plans for the implementation of a unified early childhood data system that connects current systems and provides new data on Illinois' birth-to-five programs.
