The objective in issuing this targeted Request for Proposal is to provide a competitive means in which to select a single qualified provider to provide Screening materials and child assessments with random samples for Kindergarten Readiness. The successful candidate will conduct children assessments 2 to 3 times a year, during fiscal year 2011 - 2012 (October 1, 2011 - September 30, 2012) using the approved measurement tools
