E-payment solution services
The Request for Proposal is to provide the County with a source to acquire a software solution and the services necessary for the full implementation of an accounts payable E-Payment solution and rebate program. This includes all supervision, labor, software products, services, and any other submittals required to furnish and deliver related work as specified herein and any other County requirements that may be identified.
It is the intent of the specifications to call for the software solution and services necessary to have a fully operational accounts payable e-payment based system and rebate program fully compatible for integration with the PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain v8.8 and all future updates to the suite of applications (hereinafter referred to as ”ERP”). Minor details not shown or specified, but necessary for the proper configuration, implementation and operation of an efficient, cost effective e-payment system and rebate program shall be included in the work and in the proposal. The Bidder shall provide all minor items or details necessary for the completion and proper operation of the accounts payable e-payment solution and rebate program whether or not they are specifically called for.
