E-mail Records Storage and Management Solution RFP #: 507197
The State of Maine , Office of Information Technology (OIT) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for an E-mail Records Storage and Management Solution. OIT is seeking a solution that will assist the state with the classification, storage, management, and retrieval of e-mail records. The procurement and implementation of the desired solution is the first of a planned three-phased approach aimed at acquiring and implementing a records storage and management solution and a persistent archive solution for digital records of all types.
Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided within Section 7 of the RFP and received by 2:00 p.m. EDT, August 24, 2007, at the following address:

A Bidders' Conference will be held in the main conference room of the Department of Environmental Protection Response Building on June 21, 2007 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM EDT. Attendance via conference call or through the internet will not be permitted. For those who cannot attend, written questions will be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified within Section 3.5 of the RFP.
