My company is getting ready to issue an RFP for e-learning design, including both the LMS and the content development. The deadline to submit the signed NDA is January 8, 2010, and we'll email out the RFP in early January. If you can't access the attachment, feel free to email me with a request for the non-disclosure agreement.
