E-Permitting Solution
The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo with its head offices in Fort McMurray, Alberta, invites Proposals for invites firms that work with electronic permitting solutions in a municipal environment to submit a proposal for an e-permitting solution.
The deadline for the receipt of this proposal is 2:00 pm, local time Tuesday, April 21, 2009. All proposals are to be submitted to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalos Purchasing Division, Fifth Floor, 9909 Franklin Avenue, Fort McMurray, Alberta, T9H 2K4.
This proposal must remain valid for ninety (90) days.
This proposal is subject to Internal Trade Agreement Annex 502.4.
The lowest proposal bid will not necessarily be accepted. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in whole or part. Proponents may be required to provide supplementary information after the closing date to support their proposal. Interviews may be conducted with potential Proponents, either in person or by telephone. The Proponent will be required to sign a standard Municipal contract.
