E-MAIL SERVICES FOR STUDENTS AND ALUMNI
Each proposal must include information that clearly indicates that Proposer meets each of the following minimum qualification requirements:
Service must be available (ref. Section 5.4.2.1) and scalable (ref. Section 5.4.2.3), with a rich feature set to support a population of at least 55,000 active students, and eventually alumni numbering greater than 450,000.
Service must allow students and alumni to maintain their branded e-mail address after they graduate or separate from the University.
Each mailbox must have a minimum quota of 2 GB.
Service must allow mail messages up to 20 MB, including attachments, to be sent.
