FACTORFIVE SKIN CARE OVERVIEW
We humanize aging. FACTORFIVE Skin Care uses growth factors and proteins from ethically
derived stem cells to create skin care products that help skin replace and boost the factors that
decrease with age.

We believe in authenticity above all else. Authenticity is a core value of our company and
something that we strive to uphold with every action we take. We aspire to work with a firm that
also shares this value and who can help ensure our website stays true to this.

OUR AUDIENCE
Our primary audience is our product consumer. They tend to be educated, professional women
ages 35-55 who may or may not be tech-savvy. If they are on social media, they tend to be
most active on Facebook or Instagram. They care about our product because it helps them to
not only age more gracefully, but understand and humanize the process of aging - after all, it
happens to everyone!

We do also have our B2B sales reps regularly on our site. Like our primary audience, they may
or may not be tech savvy. Their objective is to check on their sales performance, track orders for their customers, find information, and place orders for their customers with special pricing.

Occasionally, we also receive visits from job seekers and investors.

CURRENT WEBSITE
Our current website, factorfiveskin.com, does not serve us well anymore. The design does not
reflect our brand and is unfortunately a bit antiquated. Overall, the user interface is not intuitive
and the website runs very slowly. We have also experienced some security issues in the past.
Finally, one of our most pressing issues is that our website no longer accurately reflects our
brand and tone. We are looking to use this redesign as part of our journey to rebrand our
company.

We currently use WordPress, WooCommerce and MailChimp. We are open to switching CMS
and e-commerce systems if other services would better meet our needs at similar or lower
costs.

NEW WEBSITE - OBJECTIVES
Our new website's objectives are to:
Generate sales
Generate sales-ready leads
Educate consumers
Engage consumers
Solidify our brand
Enhance our brand message
Build SEO and online presence
Assist our representatives

NEW WEBSITE - REQUIREMENTS
Our new website will need:
A clean, modern and high-end design incorporating our branding guidelines
To be optimized with the best SEO practices
To utilize both the best accessibility and security features
An intuitive navigation
An easily updated blog
Social media integration (share buttons, follow buttons etc)
E-Commerce features (ability to leave reviews, encrypted saved card details, other
security features)
Guidance, installation and setup of Salesforce integration
Google Analytics integration
Mobile responsiveness
A login and database for consumers
A separate B2B portal complete with accounts and logins
This portal should redirect to the logged in account's dashboard after login, which
will enable them to track their customers' orders, check their own sales stats, and
place orders in special quantities (packs of 6) with special pricing.
An easily navigated and understood FAQ/education page or knowledge base
Migration of applicable content from the current website
Multiple pages (home, about us, product safety, results, a "where to buy" page that feeds
into a contact form for leads, blog, FAQ/knowledge base, press/media, terms of service,
B2B portal, shop and product pages, landing pages for one-off sales and promotions)
Forms (newsletter subscription, contact, where to buy lead form)
Training so that our team can update and manage the website and website content
The actual launch of the website and troubleshooting of the website post-launch

FACTORFIVE Skin Care will provide all necessary text content. We do also have some
available photos, but would be open to collecting additional photos or using brand-appropriate
stock images as necessary.

NEW WEBSITE - OPTIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES/WISH LIST
We would love to have the following in our new website, depending on how these elements
would impact timeline and/or budget. Please provide the cost for these elements separately,
and note if any additional design or development time would be required.
Advanced SEO work
Advanced e-commerce features (abandoned cart followup, upselling in cart by
recommending what others have purchased, shareable wishlists, promotion popups,
countdown timers)
Cookie consent notice
Multiple languages/translation features
Multiple currency features
A live action social feed (updates to our social in real time)

ECOMMERCE DETAILS
We are a single vendor operation. We currently sell a few different products online, and we do
expect to increase our product range over the coming years. We would like the ability to sort
products by best sellers, price, top rated and recently added.

We currently only accept payments through major credit cards, however we would also like to
take payment through PayPal and Apple Pay on our new website.

BUDGET DETAILS
As listed in the summary, our budget for this project is $30,000 to $40,000 USD. While we of
course prefer the most cost-effective solution, all proposals that fall reasonably within this range
will be considered and weighed based on their merits. Proposals that offer flexibility in billing for
non-required elements added to the website after initial launch will also be considered, as we
may be able to budget for additional funding for these additional elements at a later date.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
Please include the following in your proposal response:
An overview of your company
An overview of how you will meet our objectives
A brief outline of your web design & development strategy
A detailed price estimate, with optional functionalities line-itemed
A proposed timeline from kickoff to launch
Recent and relevant design & development examples
Terms & conditions
Are there any key differentiators about you or any other information you'd like to include?
