institutional solution for on-line payments to the College. Mesa State currently uses an on-line payment
plan software package with limited capabilities primarily for use in the Business Department. The goal of
this E-commerce acquisition is to employ a robust software package that will address all the stakeholder
departments in need of on-line payment processing. There are 15 departments that have been identified
with an immediate need for on-line payment processing. Some departments will require additional
interfacing capability for third party software currently in place. The primary objective of this request for
proposal is to provide the campus customers a seamless, single, secure payment method that also
benefits the campus staff with less redundancy in handling payments multiple times.
