E-6B MCS-10 Software Updates
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), 47123 Buse Rd, Patuxent River, MD 20670, intends to modify a sole source task order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-09-G-0010 with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training (LM-MST), 9500 Godwin Drive, Manassas, VA 20110 to procure software fixes and associated technical documentation for the Mission Computer System (MCS)-10 for the E-6B aircraft program. This intended procurement will be processed pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C.(c)(1), whereby the supplies and services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated Period of Performance will be September 2014 to May 2015.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by NAVAIR.
