We are inviting independent external reviewers to submit proposals for all work required in connection with an external peer review of the Office. This review must be conducted in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) as promulgated by the Comptroller General of the United States in the publication, Government Auditing Standards. The final report is to be completed by December 30, 2010.
