EXTERIOR RENOVATION
Pre-bid meeting 04/14/2010.
Project includes exterior renovation and repairs to 15 multi-unit residential housing buildings, a dining/office
building and a small mechanical building. This includes EIFS, siding, trim, fascia, overhangs, gutters, downspouts,
and painting. The complex is to receive a replacement of the roofing materials (shingles, underlayment,
gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim). There are also limited amounts of site grading and gravel mow strips, and
additional underground storm water drain lines.
